General Terms and Conditions Secure At Work

The general terms and conditions of Secure At Work B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number 89212584), version 4.0 dated 12-03-2026, apply to all quotes and agreements of Secure At Work B.V.

General provisions

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are used with the following meanings, unless otherwise indicated:

  • SECURE AT WORK B.V.: the user of the general terms and conditions;
  • Client: the customer who provides SECURE AT WORK B.V. with an assignment;
  • Agreement: the agreement between SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client;
  • Secure At Work: the modern workplace concept that SECURE AT WORK B.V. can make available to the Client, as defined in the Agreement.

2. Offer, quote, and agreement

2.1 The provisions of these general terms and conditions apply to every use of Secure At Work and to every quote, legal relationship, and agreement between SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client, insofar as these terms and conditions have not been expressly deviated from by the parties in writing. These general terms and conditions also apply to all agreements with SECURE AT WORK B.V., for the execution of which third parties must be involved. Deviations from and additions to these general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed upon in writing.

2.2 All quotes are without obligation, unless an acceptance period is expressly included therein. The Client guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the wishes, measurements, requirements, performance specifications, and other data provided by or on behalf of them to SECURE AT WORK B.V. on which SECURE AT WORK B.V. bases the offer in the quote.

2.3 If the acceptance deviates (on minor points) from the offer included in the quote, SECURE AT WORK B.V. is not bound by it.

2.4 Agreements with personnel of SECURE AT WORK B.V. do not bind SECURE AT WORK B.V.

2.5 A composite price quote does not oblige SECURE AT WORK B.V. to perform a part of the assignment for a corresponding part of the stated price.

2.6 Offers or quotes do not automatically apply to future assignments.

2.7 The applicability of any purchasing or other conditions of the Client is expressly rejected.

2.8 If a provision of these general terms and conditions is void or is annulled, the remaining provisions of these general terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect, and SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client will enter into consultations to agree on new provisions to replace the void or annulled provisions, taking into account the purpose and intent of those provision(s) as much as possible.

2.9 Where these terms and conditions refer to “in writing,” a message by email is considered equivalent, with the exception of automatically sent emails.

2.10 SECURE AT WORK B.V. may (continue to) set (further) requirements for communication between parties or the performance of legal acts by email.

3. Execution of the agreement

3.1 SECURE AT WORK B.V. will execute the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship.

3.2 SECURE AT WORK B.V. has the right to have (part of) the work performed by third parties. Articles 7:404 and 7:407 paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW) do not apply.

3.3 SECURE AT WORK B.V. is not liable for damage of any nature whatsoever caused by SECURE AT WORK B.V. relying on incorrect and/or incomplete data provided by the Client, unless this inaccuracy or incompleteness should have been apparent to SECURE AT WORK B.V.

3.4 If it has been agreed that the Agreement will be executed in phases, SECURE AT WORK B.V. may suspend the execution of those parts belonging to a subsequent phase until the Client has approved the results of the preceding phase in writing.

4. Amendment of the agreement

4.1 If during the execution of the Agreement it appears that for proper execution it is necessary to change or supplement the work to be performed, the parties will adjust the assignment accordingly in a timely manner and in mutual consultation.

4.2 If the parties agree that the Agreement is to be amended or supplemented, the time of completion of the execution may be affected. SECURE AT WORK B.V. will inform the Client of this as soon as possible.

4.3 If the amendment to or supplementation of the Agreement will have financial and/or qualitative consequences, SECURE AT WORK B.V. will inform the Client about this.

4.4 If a fixed fee has been agreed upon, SECURE AT WORK B.V. will indicate to what extent the amendment or supplementation of the agreement results in an exceeding of this fee.

4.5 In deviation from paragraph 3, SECURE AT WORK B.V. will not charge additional costs if the change or addition is the result of circumstances attributable to SECURE AT WORK B.V.

5. Price and payment

5.1 All prices are exclusive of turnover tax (VAT) and other levies imposed by the government, as well as any costs to be incurred in the context of the Agreement, including shipping and administration costs, unless otherwise indicated.

5.2 SECURE AT WORK B.V. may unilaterally adjust the agreed prices and rates by means of a written notification, observing a period of at least two months.

5.3 SECURE AT WORK B.V. may unilaterally adjust the agreed prices and rates by means of a written notification to the Client for performances that, according to the relevant planning or according to the Agreement, will be delivered at a time that is at least two months after the date of this notification.

5.4 If the Client does not wish to agree to an adjustment of prices and/or rates announced by SECURE AT WORK B.V. as referred to in Article 5.2 or 5.3, the Client may terminate the Agreement in writing within seven working days after said notification as of the date mentioned in the notification from SECURE AT WORK B.V. on which the price or rate adjustment would take effect. The Client cannot terminate if the increase in the fee or rate results from a power under the law.

5.5 After a written notice of default from SECURE AT WORK B.V., the Client owes an immediately payable interest of 2.5% on the due amount for every month that payment is not made (or a part thereof, which is equated to a full month), without prejudice to the right of SECURE AT WORK B.V. to compensation and/or performance (in deviation from Article 6:92 BW).

5.6 If the Client is in default in the payment of a due amount, SECURE AT WORK B.V. shall, in addition to the interest, be entitled to compensation for extrajudicial collection costs. These costs are set at an amount equal to 15% of the due amount, with a minimum of €250. This deviates from the provisions of Article 6:96 paragraph 4 BW and the Decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs.

5.7 SECURE AT WORK B.V. has the right, in deviation from the agreed payment term, to demand payment in advance for services yet to be delivered if the Client has exceeded the payment term by 30 days, or if the Client has exceeded the payment term by at least 21 days twice within a period of six months.

5.8 In the event of liquidation, (application for) bankruptcy, seizure, or (a request for) suspension of payments, or (a request for) the opening of a WHOA procedure of/by the Client, the claims of SECURE AT WORK B.V. on the Client are immediately due and payable.

5.9 All prices are indexed as of January 1 of each calendar year based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS). The indexed price is calculated according to the following formula: New price = Old price × (CPI current year / CPI previous year); where CPI current year = the CPI value of December of the preceding calendar year and CPI previous year = the CPI value of December two years prior to the indexation date. The price increase is at least 0%. SECURE AT WORK B.V. shall notify the Client in writing before January 31 of each year of the indexed prices valid for the relevant calendar year.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Each of the parties is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information obtained from each other or from another source in the context of the Agreement. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the other party or if this results from the nature of the information.

6.2 The foregoing obligation does not apply to SECURE AT WORK B.V. if, based on a statutory provision or a court ruling, SECURE AT WORK B.V. is held to provide confidential information to third parties.

7. Non-solicitation of personnel

7.1 During the term of the Agreement as well as one year after its termination, each of the parties shall not, in any way, except after proper business consultation with the other party has taken place, employ employees of the other party who are or have been involved in the execution of the agreement, or otherwise have them work for them, directly or indirectly. SECURE AT WORK B.V. will not withhold the relevant permission in such a case if the Client has offered appropriate compensation.

8. Retention of title and right of retention

8.1 All items delivered to the Client remain the property of SECURE AT WORK B.V. until all amounts that the Client owes to SECURE AT WORK B.V., including the amounts referred to in Articles 5.6 and 5.7, have been paid in full to SECURE AT WORK B.V.

8.2 Rights are always granted or, where applicable, transferred to the Client on the condition that the Client pays the agreed fees in a timely and complete manner.

8.3 SECURE AT WORK B.V. may retain the items, products, proprietary rights, data, documents, data files, and (intermediate) results of the services of SECURE AT WORK B.V. received or generated in the context of the Agreement, despite an existing obligation to deliver, until the Client has paid all amounts due to SECURE AT WORK B.V., whereby SECURE AT WORK B.V. will apply this remedy reasonably and fairly in the event of disputed unpaid invoices, provided that the Client has informed SECURE AT WORK B.V. in writing of the dispute of the invoice within seven working days after receipt of the invoice.

8.4 The Client is not authorized to pledge the items falling under the retention of title nor to encumber them in any other way.

8.5 If third parties seize the items delivered under retention of title or wish to establish rights thereon, the Client is obliged to inform SECURE AT WORK B.V. as soon as possible.

8.6 The risk of loss, theft, or damage to items, products, software, or data that are the subject of the agreement passes to the Client at the moment they are brought into the actual control of the Client or an auxiliary person of the Client.

8.7 The Client undertakes to store the items delivered under retention of title carefully and separately and to insure them and keep them insured against fire, explosion, and water damage as well as against theft, and to provide the policy of this insurance for inspection upon first request.

8.8 Items delivered by SECURE AT WORK B.V., which fall under the retention of title pursuant to the provisions of Article 8.1, may only be resold in the context of normal business operations and may never be used as a means of payment.

8.9 In the event that SECURE AT WORK B.V. wishes to exercise its property rights indicated in this article, the Client now gives unconditional and irrevocable permission to SECURE AT WORK B.V. or third parties to be designated by it to enter all those places where the property of SECURE AT WORK B.V. is located and to take back those items.

9. Transfer of risk

9.1 The risk of loss or damage to the items that are the subject of the agreement passes to the Client at the moment they are brought legally and/or factually into the control of the Client or of a third party used by the Client.

10. Intellectual or industrial property rights

10.1 All intellectual or industrial property rights to all software, equipment, or other materials developed or made available under the Agreement, such as reports, advice, agreements, designs, sketches, drawings, software, configurations, etc., rest exclusively with SECURE AT WORK B.V. or its licensors. The Client only obtains the rights of use and powers that are expressly granted by these general terms and conditions or otherwise, and for the rest, they will not use the software or other materials (including by reproducing or making copies thereof), unless otherwise follows from the nature of the documents provided. Intellectual property of the Client such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, and related industrial rights, including the respective moral rights, shall remain the exclusive property of the Client. SECURE AT WORK B.V. obtains no rights to the intellectual property of the Client, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

10.2 The Client is aware that the software, equipment, and other materials made available contain confidential information and trade secrets of SECURE AT WORK B.V. or its licensors. The Client undertakes, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 3, to keep this software, equipment, and materials secret, not to disclose them to third parties or give them for use, and only to use them for the purpose for which they were made available to them. Third parties also include all persons working in the Client’s organization who do not necessarily need to use the software, equipment, and/or other materials.

10.3 The Client is not permitted to remove or change any indication regarding copyrights, brands, trade names, or other intellectual or industrial property rights from the software, equipment, or materials.

10.4 SECURE AT WORK B.V. is permitted to take technical measures to protect industrial and intellectual property. If SECURE AT WORK B.V. has secured these by means of technical protection, the Client is not permitted to remove or circumvent this protection.

10.5 The Client guarantees that no rights of third parties oppose the making available to SECURE AT WORK B.V. of equipment, software, or materials used in the execution of the Agreement, including Secure At Work, and the Client will indemnify SECURE AT WORK B.V. against any action based on the allegation that such making available, use, or processing infringes any right of third parties.

10.6 The Client indemnifies SECURE AT WORK B.V. against claims from persons whose personal data are registered or processed in the context of a personal registration held by the Client or for which the Client is otherwise responsible by law, unless the Client proves that the facts underlying the claim are exclusively attributable to SECURE AT WORK B.V.

10.7 SECURE AT WORK B.V. retains the right to use the knowledge increased by the execution of the work for other purposes, insofar as no confidential information is brought to the knowledge of third parties.

11. Cooperation by Client

11.1 The Client shall always provide SECURE AT WORK B.V. in a timely manner with all data, information, and cooperation useful and necessary for proper execution of the agreement.

11.2 The Client is responsible for the use and application in its organization of the equipment, software, and of the services to be provided by SECURE AT WORK B.V., as well as for the control and security procedures and adequate system management.

11.3 The Client shall ensure that all software, materials, or data, which SECURE AT WORK B.V. indicates are necessary or which the Client should reasonably understand are necessary for the execution of the agreement, are provided to SECURE AT WORK B.V. in a timely manner. The software, materials, or data provided to SECURE AT WORK B.V. must meet the specifications necessary for the execution of the work.

11.4 The Client bears the risk of the use and application in its organization of the equipment, software, websites, data files, and other products and materials and of the services to be provided by SECURE AT WORK B.V., and is also responsible for the control and security procedures and an adequate security policy. The Client shall treat access codes confidentially and with care and shall only disclose them to authorized staff members. SECURE AT WORK B.V. is never liable for damage or costs resulting from misuse of access or identification codes, unless this is done by employees of SECURE AT WORK B.V.

11.5 If the Client deploys its own personnel in the context of providing cooperation for the execution of the agreement, this personnel shall possess the necessary knowledge, experience, capacity, and quality. If data necessary for the execution of the agreement are not available to SECURE AT WORK B.V., not available in time, or not in accordance with the agreements, or if the Client otherwise fails to meet its obligations, SECURE AT WORK B.V. has in any case the right to suspend the execution of the Agreement and has the right to charge the costs incurred as a result according to its usual rates, after SECURE AT WORK B.V. has informed the Client of this in writing, and the Client still fails to meet its obligations within 7 working days after receipt of this notification.

11.6 In the event that employees of SECURE AT WORK B.V. perform work at the Client’s location, the Client shall provide free of charge the facilities reasonably desired by those employees, such as – if applicable – a workspace with telecommunication facilities, etc. The Client indemnifies SECURE AT WORK B.V. against claims from third parties, including employees of SECURE AT WORK B.V., who suffer damage in connection with the execution of the agreement which is the result of the actions or omissions of the Client or of unsafe situations in its organization.

12. Delivery terms

12.1 All (delivery) terms mentioned by SECURE AT WORK B.V. are indicative, but determined to the best of its knowledge based on the data known to SECURE AT WORK B.V. at the time of entering into the Agreement and they will be observed as much as possible; the mere exceeding of a mentioned (delivery) term does not put SECURE AT WORK B.V. in default. In all cases, therefore also if parties have expressly agreed in writing on a final deadline, SECURE AT WORK B.V. only comes into default due to time exceeding after the Client has given it a written notice of default, observing a reasonable term. SECURE AT WORK B.V. is not bound by (delivery) terms that could no longer be met due to circumstances beyond its control that occurred after entering into the agreement. If exceeding of any term is imminent, SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client will enter into consultation as soon as possible.

13. Suspension and termination

13.1 SECURE AT WORK B.V. is in any case authorized to suspend the fulfillment of the obligations if:

  • The Client does not or does not fully comply with the obligations under the Agreement;
  • after concluding the agreement, circumstances have come to the knowledge of SECURE AT WORK B.V. that give good reason to fear that the Client will not fulfill its obligations. If there is good reason to fear that the Client will only partially or not properly fulfill its obligations, suspension is only permitted insofar as the shortcoming justifies it;
  • The Client was requested at the conclusion of the Agreement to provide security for the fulfillment of its obligations under the Agreement and this security is not provided or is insufficient.

13.2 The collaboration is entered into for the duration stated in the Agreement and can be terminated by both parties towards the end of the term, observing a notice period of one (1) month. If the Agreement does not state a duration, it is entered into for the duration of one (1) year. The Agreement can be (tacitly) extended by one year each time. During the initial term, the Agreement cannot be terminated prematurely. Both parties can terminate the Agreement towards the end of the initial term or thereafter towards the end of each calendar month, observing a notice period of one (1) month.

13.3 If the agreement is terminated by SECURE AT WORK B.V., SECURE AT WORK B.V. will, in consultation with the Client, ensure the transfer of work still to be performed to third parties, unless there are facts and circumstances underlying the termination that are attributable to the Client.

13.4 In the event that:

  • The Client makes a request for suspension of payments, or applies for its own bankruptcy, or bankruptcy is applied for by one or more creditors of the Client, or if the Client submits a start declaration in the context of a WHOA procedure or requests a restructuring expert for the benefit of a WHOA procedure, or if one of the Client’s creditors requests the appointment of a restructuring expert in the context of a WHOA procedure;
  • the Client is granted a provisional suspension of payments or the Client is declared bankrupt, the court appoints a restructuring expert in the context of a WHOA procedure or otherwise opens a WHOA procedure;
  • the Client loses the free disposal of its assets and/or income in whole or in part;
  • an (enforcement) seizure is placed on (part of) the Client’s possessions or other assets;
  • the Client sells or liquidates its business; and/or
  • The Client does not, not timely, or not properly fulfill obligations under the Agreement;

SECURE AT WORK B.V. has the right to terminate the Agreement(s) without prior notice of default at its own choice or to (partially) dissolve them, without us being held to any compensation or guarantee and without prejudice to what SECURE AT WORK B.V. is entitled to by law, which rights also accrue to the Client if SECURE AT WORK B.V. ends up in one of the situations described in this article, with the exception of the situation in which SECURE AT WORK B.V. is sold.

14. Return of items made available

14.1 If SECURE AT WORK B.V. has made items available to the Client during the execution of the Agreement, the Client is obliged to return the delivered items within 14 days in their original state, free of defects, and complete. If the Client does not fulfill this obligation, all resulting costs are for its account.

15. Investigation and complaints

15.1 Complaints about the work performed must be reported in writing by the Client to SECURE AT WORK B.V. within seven days after discovery, and do not affect the payment obligation (without the possibility of suspension and/or set-off) of the Client. The complaint must contain as detailed a description of the shortcoming as possible, so that SECURE AT WORK B.V. is able to respond adequately.

15.2 Any objections to the (amount of the) invoices of SECURE AT WORK B.V. must be reported in writing within seven days, and do not affect the payment obligation (without the possibility of suspension and/or set-off) of the Client.

16. Liability

16.1 The total liability of SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client to each other is limited to the compensation of direct damage up to a maximum of the amount of the price stipulated for that Agreement (excluding VAT). If the Agreement is (mainly) a long-term agreement with a term of more than twelve months, the liability for damage is limited to the total of the fees (excl. VAT) stipulated for the last 12 months of the term or, in the case of a term shorter than twelve months, the total of the fees over the term. In no case, however, will the total compensation for direct damage exceed € 500,000 (five hundred thousand euros).

16.2 Direct damage is exclusively understood to mean:

  • the costs that the Client has actually incurred for the forced longer operational keeping of its old system or systems and related facilities because SECURE AT WORK B.V. did not deliver on a binding delivery date for it, minus any savings resulting from the delayed delivery;
  • any reasonable costs incurred to determine the cause and extent of the damage, insofar as the determination relates to direct damage within the meaning of these terms and conditions;
  • reasonable costs incurred to prevent or limit damage, insofar as the Client demonstrates that these costs have led to the limitation of direct damage as referred to in these terms and conditions.

16.3 The total liability of SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client to each other for damage due to death or physical injury or for material damage to items will in no case exceed € 1,000,000 (one million euros) per event, whereby a series of related events counts as one event.

16.4 Liability of SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit, missed savings, and damage due to business stagnation, and all other forms of indirect damage than those mentioned, for whatever reason, is excluded.

16.5 Outside the cases mentioned in Articles 16.2 and 16.3, SECURE AT WORK B.V. bears no liability whatsoever for compensation, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness, regardless of the ground on which an action for compensation would be based.

16.6 Liability of SECURE AT WORK B.V. only arises if the Client immediately and properly gives SECURE AT WORK B.V. a written notice of default, setting a reasonable term for the purification of the shortcoming, and SECURE AT WORK B.V. also after that term continues to fail attributably in the fulfillment of its obligations. The notice of default must contain as detailed a description of the shortcoming as possible, so that SECURE AT WORK B.V. is able to respond adequately.

16.7 A condition for the emergence of any right to compensation is always that the Client reports the damage in writing to SECURE AT WORK B.V. as soon as possible after it occurs, or after noticing it.

16.8 The provisions of this article also apply for the benefit of all (legal) persons used by SECURE AT WORK B.V. for the execution of the Agreement.

17. Force Majeure

17.1 Neither party is held to fulfill any obligation if they are prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure. Force majeure on the part of SECURE AT WORK B.V. exists in any case if, as a result of any circumstance, it can no longer reasonably be required of us that we (further) fulfill our obligations to you. Force majeure also includes force majeure of or failure to (timely) fulfill by suppliers of SECURE AT WORK B.V., industrial accidents, technical malfunctions (including problems with the internet, data network, telecommunication facilities and/or underlying platforms such as the Microsoft platform on which Secure At Work is offered), electrical malfunctions, illness of necessary personnel, government measures, transport problems, the improper fulfillment of obligations of suppliers prescribed by the Client to SECURE AT WORK B.V., as well as defectiveness of items, materials, software of third parties whose use was prescribed by the Client to SECURE AT WORK B.V.

17.2 If a force majeure situation has lasted longer than ninety days, the parties have the right to terminate the agreement by written dissolution. What has already been performed pursuant to the agreement will in that case be settled proportionally, without the parties owing each other anything else thereafter. Insofar as SECURE AT WORK B.V. at the time of the occurrence of force majeure has already partially fulfilled its obligations under the agreement and the fulfilled or to be fulfilled part has independent value, SECURE AT WORK B.V. is entitled to invoice the already fulfilled or to be fulfilled part separately. The Client is held to pay this invoice as if it were a separate Agreement.

18. Export

18.1 In the event of export of equipment, parts, or software by the Client, the relevant export provisions apply. The Client will indemnify SECURE AT WORK B.V. for all claims from third parties related to violations of the applicable export provisions attributable to the Client.

19. Applicable law and disputes

19.1 Dutch law applies to every Agreement between SECURE AT WORK B.V. and the Client.

19.2 Parties will only appeal to the competent Dutch court of the Midden-Nederland District Court, Utrecht location, after they have made every effort to settle a dispute in mutual consultation.

20. Amendment and location of the terms and conditions

20.1 These terms and conditions have been filed at the office of the Chamber of Commerce. The last filed version or the version as it applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is always applicable.

Services

The provisions stated in this chapter “Services” apply, in addition to the general provisions of these general terms and conditions, if SECURE AT WORK B.V. provides services, such as services related to networks, support, consultancy, organizational and automation advice, applicability research, education, courses, training, secondment, and the design of software or information systems or providing assistance therewith. These provisions do not affect the provisions included in these general terms and conditions regarding specific services.

21. Execution

21.1 SECURE AT WORK B.V. will make every effort to perform the services with care, where applicable in accordance with the agreements and procedures recorded in writing with the Client.

21.2 If it has been agreed that the services will take place in phases, SECURE AT WORK B.V. is entitled to postpone the commencement of the services belonging to a subsequent phase until the Client has approved the results of the preceding phase in writing.

21.3 Only if this has been expressly agreed in writing is SECURE AT WORK B.V. held to follow timely and responsibly given instructions from the Client in the execution of the services. SECURE AT WORK B.V. is not obliged to follow instructions that change or supplement the content or scope of the agreed services; however, if such instructions are followed, the relevant work will be compensated in accordance with Article 22.

21.4 If the agreement for services has been entered into with a view to execution by a specific person, SECURE AT WORK B.V. will always be entitled to replace this person with one or more other persons with the same qualifications.

22. Amendment and additional work

22.1 If SECURE AT WORK B.V., at the request or with the prior consent of the Client, has performed work or other performances that fall outside the content or scope of the agreed services, such work or performances shall be compensated by the Client to SECURE AT WORK B.V. according to the usual rates of SECURE AT WORK B.V. However, SECURE AT WORK B.V. is not obliged to comply with such a request and may require that a separate written agreement be concluded for that purpose.

22.2 The Client accepts that through work or performances as referred to in Article 22.1, the agreed or expected time of completion of the services, and the mutual responsibilities of the Client and SECURE AT WORK B.V., may be affected. The fact that (the demand for) additional work occurs during the execution of the agreement is never a ground for dissolution or termination of the agreement for the Client.

22.3 Insofar as a fixed price has been agreed for the services and the parties intend to conclude a separate agreement with regard to extra work or performances, SECURE AT WORK B.V. will inform the Client in advance in writing about the financial consequences of that extra work or those performances.

23. Education, courses, and training

23.1 Insofar as the services of SECURE AT WORK B.V. consist of providing education or training, SECURE AT WORK B.V. may always demand the payment due in this respect before the commencement thereof.

23.2 If the number of registrations gives cause to do so in the opinion of SECURE AT WORK B.V., SECURE AT WORK B.V. is entitled to combine the education, course, or training with one or more other educations, courses, or trainings, or to have them take place on a later date or at a later time.
